I founded Launchr Consulting to support people during one of the most challenging times of their lives, guiding them through a process that's overwhelming by design and permanent by consequence. Once things settle into a new rhythm, we turn to the part I find most rewarding: helping clients imagine and build the next chapter of their lives.

I've spent twenty years helping executives build and brand global firms, and I've seen what the pressure to perform costs them. My background in psychology helps me understand how that pressure affects them and their families. And after two divorces of my own, I know how quickly a life can come apart without the right support. Over the last decade, I've put all of it to work, guiding executives through the hardest stretch of their lives, then helping them build what comes next with optimism and strength.
