Twenty years working with executives, a decade coaching people through divorce, and I've been through it myself. I'm the coach I wish I'd had.
Why Launchr Consulting?
My own divorce taught me two things. Decisions made in a matter of months can govern the next twenty years. And the person everyone relies on is rarely the person anyone is looking after. I founded Launchr Consulting to support people through one of the most challenging times of their lives, guiding them through a process that's overwhelming by design and permanent by consequence. And to help them build what comes next.

My Background
Two decades of building and branding global firms alongside the executives who run them showed me what today's demand for results actually costs. My academic background in psychology taught me where that cost gets paid, privately, by them and by their families. Having been divorced twice myself, I understand how quickly it can all come apart, especially without the right support. For the last decade I've put all of it to work, guiding executives through the hardest stretch of their lives. They come out intact, and they start the next chapter from a position of optimism and strength.
